Tuesdays with IJAN – Writing from Beyond the Bleak Walls

Please join us for information and discussion about the latest book by Sue Hutchins. This book has over 150 writings by male and female inmates, their loved ones, and other concerned citizens regarding the status of Life Without Parole, Virtual Life, and Mandatory Minimums, as well as the effects of prison on families and society. Sue also addresses the disparity in treatment of minorities during incarceration and she will update us on current legislative barriers.
